Closing meditation

Take a moment to slow down and create a mindful ending to your festival experince in this closing meditation. Here we get an opportunity to let ourselves process our experiences from the weekend, feel into ourselves and see where we are at in this moment. Allowing ourselves to do a soft landing before we leave the festival helps us integrate back into the outside world feeling grounded and present. Closing the space together is also a beautiful way to pay gratitude for the magical gathering that has been co-created by us all.

Helena is a trained yoga teacher, meditation guide, reiki practitioner and holistic workshop facilitator. Her intention is to guide people to feel more aligned and connected to themselves using movement, voice and breath.
