Guided Meditation

Get ready for the evening by giving yourself a moment of stillness, a moment to pause, turn inward and connect with yourself. During this session you will be guided towards a meditative state, where you get to be truly present, release any worries, and just be. Our senses can easily get overwhelmed by sights, sounds and gatherings of people. By closing our eyes we allow ourselves to turn the focus from the external to the internal. And by focusing our attention on our body and our breath, we practice the art of taming the restless mind. This is an opportunity for you to ground yourself, clear your mind and calm your nervous system, which will allow you to be more present during this beautiful weekend.
