Guided meditation

Let yourself be guided to the center of your being. To your body. To your breath. To the present moment. Give yourself the opportunity to sit in stillness for a moment, without any expectations. Just being is enough. During this meditation session we allow our nervous system to calm down. We find grounding in a safe space together with our fellow festival friends. Facilitator Helena will guide you towards a peaceful state of mind through the awareness of the breath and the body.
