Basit Soomro is a disc jockey and sound system enthusiast with a deep love for all things bass.
After moving to Helsinki in early 2019, he has steadily become one of the driving forces in Helsinki’s underground scene. He co-founded a non profit association called 00 Collective. This association focuses on community driven events revolving around art and culture. He is also a resident and co-founder of one of the most active underground venues in Helsinki.
With a new found passion for crate digging, he’s always looking to find rare and interesting sounds for the dancefloor. His main focus, when it comes to putting a set together, is to keep it groovy. To sum it up, he loves dancing and hopes to translate that love into the sound he plays.
